
❄️ There are no big surprises here — our holiday market took a long winter’s nap. 💤 Even with the typical slowdown in activity last month (stats provided by PPAR), year-over-year average sales prices and overall inventory levels are almost exactly the same 📊. That’s welcome news for homeowners concerned about their property’s appreciation 🏡✨.
📅 December does bring one very important event: the largest purge of expired listings of the year. On December 31st, a significant portion of inventory was removed from the MLS, and with only a trickle of new listings coming online, we kicked off 2026 in a more balanced market ⚖️.
