Where to even start. words cant even describe this amazing experience in purchasing our first house.

Was refered to Tanya and her team by a VA expert in Texas for a PCS move. We visited for only 4 days in search of a home. At first we didnt find what we were looking for, but Tanya and her team were on it from day 1 sending us homes that were in our criteria. while visiting we eventually found a home that was out of left field. She immediately set up a viewing within a few hours and we were able to view it. then we told her that we wanted to make an offer, and thats when the party started.

Right away she was sending us the necessary documents to sign while also guiding us and explaining to us what and why we were signing all documents.  Naturally i didnt know what i was doing and had some doubts that it was too go to be true, boy was i wrong. had the documents checked and was reassured that everything in great condition and that she was looking out for our best interest. i can go on forever explaining everything from the entire process, but from making an offer to closing took only 1 month. so much thanks go out to Tanya her team and Sharon from the loan team. just an amazing team and i would highly highly highly recommend this team for your first or next home.
